WHY GROW & GLOW?

There is something so magical about those two words to me. In life we are always learning, changing and manifesting no matter what situation. I do believe there is always a lesson to be learn't. So let's be intentional about it. Let's say the world is a train on a track, it goes round this track constantly no matter what, you can watch the train and see people on the train while everyone does their thing. But has anyone ever told you that you can drive that train? (hint I mean be the driver of your own happiness).
