Keep is simple.


When we’re out of alignment things seem hard and difficult to get back in alignment. Sometimes it can’t feel so far from where we are in a situation especially when teaching towards goals or trying to manifest things we want.


Remember, it’s safe for you to want more, to do more, don’t feel guilty about it! Be excited about it.


Everyday write down 3 things you’re grateful for that happened that day, and everyday write down 3 affirmations about you, they can be things you like about yourself or skills you’re great at or things you want to like about yourself but struggle with. I bet there are many compliments you get off others around you yet struggle to believe yourself. Try one of those!


Do it for 21 days and I bet you see a huge shift. I personally started to notice more inspiring things that connect with my goals, and I genuinely started to feel better about myself, it stops us from being focused about what other people are doing to attract more of the things we do want.


It’s important to have goals, but you don’t want to struggle getting there, appreciate the journey, because each day you grow more so if you focus on the good things more good things will happen.


The journey is just as important as the destination.
